The summer palace memorial to a king's consort who was lost at sea. She died because at the time servants were not allowed to touch royalty so the servants who were in the boat with her were afraid to try and save her. She couldn't swim and drowned so the king at that time made a memorial to her telling his love for her, this small sanctuary, and planted her favorite flower all over.
A temple I saw at a temple festival. Maybe I mentioned it in my blog...that was a crazy night.
