Song Kran

So we spent the last few days playing song kran. On saturday my self and the 30 other students sat the the back of a very large truck with buckets full of water. I was wearing a t-shirt, long sleeved underarmour so as not to get sunburnt, sunglasses, hat, and bandana around my mouth and ears so that I would not get water in them.

I sat on the front of the truck with a water pack on my pack and a green sharpshooter to get any tourists that were walking by. When we drove a lot of random people would hop on our truck for a bit then leave. We got free juice boxes for comapnies trying to advertise their product amidst the water war. Someone even gave us grilled pork on a stick. It was delicious.

Any ways we were outside from 10 am to 3 pm. Then we ate dinner and slept the next day for a few hours from complete exhaustion. Taking the energy to throw water at 300 thai people and tourists is absolutely exhausting. It was the same feeling after spending a day at the cape on the beach, swimming, kickball, barbecues, and the like.
