Some more info
So once again we are back in Chiang Mai. It is now my favorite city in Thailand and feels more like home than anywhere else. Tomorrow we go to the village. Now I don't know how hot the internet is so I may not be able to post blogs. However I will try my best to keep you all updated.
Now I would like to talk more about spring break (also read the entry below). We had a beautiful hotel called the Koh Chang Paradise resort. I loved it. However, because we booked a travel agent and did the college special, we did not get to stay in one of the gorgeous bungalows...instead we stayed in camp BAFTA.
Our room was off to the side. We walk over and are expecting a beach house...but this was way better. It was 8 beds, 4 on each side on two platforms with two bathrooms and showers. It was like camp all over again (even though I never actually went). One person would wake up in the night and we all woke up. One person woke up in the morning and we all woke up (usually me first or my friend Meg..who wants to waste the day?). At night 8 of us would go on one side, crammed together, to watch a movie or Oprah. We had pillow fights and games too. It was simply the most awesome thing ever.
The best part was we didn't have to travel anywhere else since we had reserved this place. So our stuff was every where, we had a clothes line, and we made friends with each of the workers in the hotel. They loved us of course.
I had a really awesome break and have plenty of pictures which will not be posted until I go home....sorry but it takes way too long.
love you
~A~
